Let People Go
If people want to leave, let them go. Don’t try to hold onto anyone whose time with you is complete.
If you make it easy for people to leave but they decide to stay, you know it’s because they really want to, not because they’re forced to.
Leaving the Past Where it Belongs
Your past is just one chapter of your life.
Each new day can be an opportunity to make a different choice, to think and act in ways that honor who you want to be now.
Your power is in remembering that you can respond to new challenges in new ways.
Set your intention on one thing you can do today that will interrupt a pattern you’re trying to break free from
Time to Grow & Evolve
When you feel like you’re using an old map to navigate a new terrain, you know you’re called to grow and evolve. This is how we feel when as adults we move through the world with old beliefs that no longer represent who we are.
Instead of feeling like leaders of our life, we feel like passive observers, as if life happens to us and there’s nothing we can do about it but react, survive, or hide.
From place of fear the only thing we can create is more of what we don’t want. It’s conditioned, old you against intentional, true you.
When you identify and shift your beliefs to reflect a truer, more authentic version of who you are now, your life will change to reflect this internal shift.
I’d love to support you!
As your coach or a therapist, my role is to help you identify what keeps you stuck in recreating what you say you don’t want, to support your self-trust and authenticity so you can feel like a leader of your life, not just a passive observer.
Excited While Uncertain
Allow yourself to be excited about something that’s not certain.
What is so unbearable about the potential of disappointment that we won’t allow ourselves excitement and joy unless it’s tied to certainty?
When you try to protect yourself from every potential disappointment, you’re pushing away excitement.
We are ok with re-living failures, fears, and judgments that only exist in our mind, but we don’t allow ourself to experience excitement unless we are certain that it will happen, until we have an evidence for it.
