Single sessions are for moments when you need extra support without ongoing commitment.
Maybe you don't need an ongoing, long-term support in this phase of your life. Or perhaps you did the difficult work and don't have struggles that require consistent sessions.
But - life happens! An abrupt change is on the horizon, or an old pattern sneaks back in, or there might be a decision to be made. In those moments, you may want a different perspective, a challenge, practical tools to shift your mindset, or simply need space to be listened to and understand your situation better. |
Single sessions meet you in the moment when you need it.
You are welcome to bring a specific issue, a challenge, or anything you’d like to improve, change or explore deeper.
Rates for Single sessions are:
40 min. = $125
50 min. = $155

Can a single session really help?
- You can use it to increase awareness and understanding of a specific issue, challenge your thinking, problem solve, talk through a decision, receive guidance on a stuck point, gain a fresh perspective, or learn a coping tool.
- Please note *these sessions are not appropriate when in crisis situations. If you're in crisis, here is a resource to contact.
How do we meet?
- Once your session day/time is confirmed by making a payment, you will receive a secure video link that you will use to join the session. No video option is available upon request.
What is your cancellation & no show policy?
- I have a firm 48hr cancellation policy. There will be no refund on the no shows but upon my availability, I am happy to reschedule the session.
Can I return for more sessions?
- Yes! Single sessions are meant to help you when you need it. Whether that's once every few weeks, months, or randomly when something comes up and you need some extra support or an objective perspective.
What are the benefits of a single session?
- When you reach out for help in the moment when you need it the most, you are more open to receiving help and creating change.
- When presented with a limited time, people are more likely to get to the crux of the issue and address the main concerns.
