Single session coaching helps you work through an issue, obstacle, or a stuck point when you need it, without committing to future coaching.
It can help you gain a different perspective, challenge your viewpoint, or identify the cause of your stuckness. The problem with most coaching offers is that they require you to commit to weekly or monthly sessions. Although coaching programs have their benefits, they exclude individuals who can't, don't want to, or don't have the need to commit to ongoing sessions. If you want support when you need it the most, without having to go through the consultation process or lengthy programs, this is for you! |
Single session coaching meets you in the moment when you need it the most.
You are welcome to bring a specific issue, a challenge, or anything you’d like to improve, change or explore deeper.
How does it work?
1. Click the "Book a Single Session" button and pick the day/time that works for you. Keep in mind that all times are in CST, and you can click on the "Viewing in CTD -> Change" to change it to your time zone.
2. Continue to make the request as prompted.
3. After submitting your request, you will receive a secure text message form IvyPay to make a payment for the session.
4. Once you make the payment, your spot is secured and you will receive a link for your session (if you choose the video session).
