On Making Decisions

Do you struggle to make a decision or do you tend to ask everyone else for their opinion first?

​Or maybe you feel like you know what you want but when you hear a different opinion you start questioning yourself? If this is you, here are a few things to remember:

• Other people don't have any secret knowledge about your life.
• You may instinctively know exactly what you want, but your head is convincing you away from that choice. 
• You are the one who will live with your decision(s).
• There is no right or wrong choice, just possibilities.
• Most decisions aren't permanent and you can always make another one. 
• Trust your knowing - it got you this far.
