My approach is supportive and practical, helping you feel more grounded, more empowered, and less consumed by fear.

Together, we focus on what is happening in the present and what can help you move forward with more clarity, choice, and intention.

Maybe you do not need ongoing support in this season of life, but would still benefit from a focused space to sort through something current. A single-session counseling appointment can be helpful when a life change is unfolding, an old pattern resurfaces, or you need support making sense of a decision, challenge, or difficult moment. These sessions are practical, supportive, and focused on helping you gain clarity, perspective, and next steps. Sessions are scheduled as needed.
