Hi, I’m Sladja.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and Washington, and I work fully online with women seeking deeper self-understanding, greater self-trust, and meaningful change.

My style is conversational, grounded, and exploratory. I meet people where they are and help them slow down enough to better understand themselves, especially when they feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety, or painful relationship patterns. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about creating space to explore what is keeping you stuck, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

While my work is grounded in in-depth training and a variety of therapeutic approaches, I also rely on personal experience, attunement, and a strong belief that therapy should be helpful in the life you are living right now. Understanding the past can be valuable, but I do not believe therapy should remain only in exploration or stop at insight alone. Insight is important, but lasting change also requires follow-through, practice, and action. I believe therapy should help you move through present-day concerns in a way that feels practical, supportive, and meaningful. Rather than trying to fit clients into one model, I draw from different tools and perspectives based on what is most helpful for the person in front of me.

My role is to support you in getting out of your head, connecting more fully to yourself, and living your life with greater clarity, choice, and authenticity.
