The best place to start creating a life-changing impact, is within yourself!
PERSONAL GROWTH COACHING
You can’t shake the feeling that you were meant for more.
You dream of creating a successful, meaningful, and adventurous life.
But right now, there is a gap between who you are and who you long to become.
Maybe you’re tired of making promises to yourself and not following through. You’re tired of self-doubt, giving up, people pleasing, self-sabotaging, and settling. You’re tired of being your own worst critic and stopping yourself from living in your full potential.
What you dream of is possible... on the other side of your current beliefs.
Your life will change when you let go of the beliefs that are holding you back and when you create new ones that support the most authentic, limitless version of you.
It's time to give yourself the permission to live aligned with your values, fully be yourself, and honor your gifts & desires!

Coaching vs. Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is about recovery, coaching is about discovery!
COACHING FOCUS
Motivation, empowerment, & action
Present & future oriented Focused on creating tangible change Tends to be short-term More directive & guided Support & accountability oriented |
PSYCHOTHERAPY FOCUS
Trauma healing & processing & restoring sense of self
Persistent clinical concerns Focus on deeper, complex emotional functioning Tends to be long-term Less directive, focused on being with the client Oriented towards processing |
A wonderful analogy that can help in understanding the difference between a therapist and a coach is one of a sports team. If you are on a team and you become injured, you will go to someone to help you with your injury. All you can focus on is healing and mending your wound before you can go back into the game.
Once you are healed and are ready to play again, your focus changes to strategies that can help you, not just play, but win. At that point you need a coach to mentor you and motivate you on your way to a victory.
Neither is better than the other, they simply serve different needs at different points in one's life.
