Law of Attraction Takeaways

If you actively engage in personal growth and development, the chances are that you've heard of Abraham Hicks teachings and the law of attraction. I will share more about my experience with it in a separate post, but here ​are my favorite takeaways from this weekend's Law of Attraction workshop. 

• Instead of willing yourself into changing how you feel, find an area of your life where you already feel good
• Focus on desires you believe you could achieve
• Law of attraction is always making a match to the vibration you offer
• Don’t make it harder than it needs to be
• Stop feeding what you don’t want
• Focus on something where you have no resistance
• Being aligned gets done more than action
• Don’t demonize and deprive yourself of what you desire
